Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift
Job Summary
Belair Produce seeks an organized, professional and friendly Customer Service Representative. This person will deal directly with our valued customers to take orders, answer questions and resolve and product or service issues. The hours for this position are from 3-4 pm until midnight. Starting pay based on experience. Full benefits and paid holidays.
Qualifications
1. Prior customer service experience
2. Computer literacy and data entry skills, including 10-key (numeric keypad) entry. Produce Pro software experience a plus.
3. Friendly, professional phone presence, ability to answer calls and respond to electronic communications daily
4. Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Bilingual preferred
6. Must have own transportation
Warehouse
Job Summary
The Warehouse job description is a comprehensive outline of the duties of several warehouse positions: Picker, Stocker, Shipper, Receiver, Loader. To assure employee versatility and appropriate coverage for each shift, warehouse personnel must be cross trained to perform any and all of the outlined functions.
Qualifications
1. At least one (1) years prior direct experience in warehouse operations in a distribution environment.
2. Demonstrated Ability to read and write in English
3. Demonstrated mathematical skills for basic product counting
4. Good organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
6. Willingness to “roll up his sleeves” and do what is necessary to get the job done.
7. This is primarily product handling position and will require working in a warehouse environment and as such the incumbent must be capable of lifting items of at least 50 lbs.
Delivery Driver
Job Summary
The Delivery Driver has primary responsibility for getting our goods to our customers. In addition to the Outside Sales Representative, the Driver is the face of Belair Produce to the customer. It is paramount, therefore, that the Driver constantly maintain an upbeat, courteous and cooperative demeanor with the customer.
Qualifications
1. At least two (2) years prior direct experience in product delivery operations in a distribution environment.
2. Demonstrated Ability to read and write in English
3. Demonstrated mathematical skills for basic product counting
4. Good organizational and communication skills.
5. A valid driver’s license for the class of vehicles the company operates
6. A clean driver’s record to the satisfaction of management
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
8. Willingness to “roll up his sleeves” and do what is necessary to get the job done.
9. This is primarily product handling position and will require working in a warehouse environment and as such the incumbent must be capable of lifting items of at least 50 lbs.
